The speech I would like you to all hear and remember is the speech that Franklin Roosevelt gave on December 8th, 1941 in which he stated that Peal Harbor had been attacked. Near the end of the speech he says, “No matter how long it may take us to over come this premeditated invasion, the American people in their righteous might will win through to absolute victory!” He doesn’t even think for a second that we are going to lose.
